Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to set up an international company that provides a full-scale personal healthcare system, that has the capability to immediately react to the patients needs on a professional and caring basis either by phone, in the home or any other location, using a unique, cost effective service through call centers, medical centers or by mobile medical cars which visit the patient on a guaranteed basis 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In these modern times the patient has the perception that he can be served with proper medical care 24/7, if entitled to this. However when he needs this medical care, he becomes a victim of the current medical system which prevents him from making a real choice. Therefore he feels vulnerable and a burden in a world of medical protocols. Additionally, he is confronted with ever rising costs, which he cannot control.
 
Our Vision
Become, within 5 years, an International provider of professional Health Care services, offered 24/7 in the patients home or at local / regional centers. Establish a pro-active eco system with partners, associations and suppliers to enable growth, profit and customer satisfaction by focusing on the customers / patients needs.

Professional and convenient health care support at home or the GP-centre, that’s the patients choice.
 
Expansion Plan

A contract was already signed in January 2007 with a partner in the United Arab Emirates for deploying GP Centers in Sharjah.

The Project started in March 2008, operational start planned December 2008

In Istanbul, Medi Expresse Turkey has a joined venture (Alo Doktor) for mobile health care. First base with 4 doctor cars and 2 nurse cars started September 2008.

Further Expansion in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe is planned.
